A hot, sexy werewolf short story. The heroine’s mother used to be married to the hero’s uncle. He was a bit older, but he was her crush as a teenager. He’s a werewolf and she’s human. He’s a billionaire, she owns a successful business. Her brother has gotten into dangerous trouble with some vampires, and maybe he can help pay them off, so she asks for help. She thinks she’ll get a large loan, enough to pay off her brother’s debt to the vampires, but he has other ideas. What our heroine doesn’t know is that the werewolf is interested in her.
It was a good story, and I especially liked seeing the Master of the City for a few moments, but I wish that we got to the point where they tell each other their true feelings for each other before we hit the cliffhanger. Now I have to bite my fingernails until a continuation is released.

This was great. It obviously isn’t the end, but it isn’t just a middle story, either. It is sexy, the heroine is feisty, and there is a lot of action. There are gargoyles, pixies and vampires, in addition to the werewolves. Our human heroine doesn’t know enough about the paranormal races and gets herself into hot water. Our hero, though, takes care of her as best he can. What makes it hard for him to take care of her are her uninformed actions.

This was a great ending to the series. Everything was tied up, even the issue that brought her to the billionaire alpha wolf for his help–her brother. There was some great love-making, conflict in the pack, suspense over what is happening to her after she was bitten at the end of the last story, an evil (but beautiful) woman who want her out of the way. It was very good.
